Eligibility: The Worth's "Road To OKC" Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia ("D.C."), who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Entrants must also have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number. Employees of Rawlings Sporting Goods, Co. d.b.a. Worth Sports ("Sponsor"), its advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Description: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00a.m. ET on May 17, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 29, 2013 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of thirteen (13) separate individual Daily Sweepstakes ("Daily Sweepstakes"). Each Daily Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (ET) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) the following day ("Daily Entry Period"). The last Daily Entry Period ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 29, 2013. For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Website's computer is the official clock and all times refer to Eastern Time ("ET"). Prospective entrants must go to www.worthsports.com. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Rawlings Sporting Goods, Co. d.b.a.

How to Enter: In order to enter the Sweepstakes, Members may access the Website. Then follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form by providing the following information: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Date of Birth, Daytime Phone Number (including area code), and agree to the Official Rules (collectively, "Entry Information"). All required Entry Information must be completed in full, be accurate and valid. The Entry Information must match the information of the entrant that completed the act of physically entering the Sweepstakes. After completing and submitting your Entry Information you will then receive one entry into the respective Daily Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes Entry"). Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person (based on email address) per site of entry (e.g. the Website) per Daily Entry Period. Sweepstakes Entries in excess of the stated limits will be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: Thirteen (13) Daily Prizes (one [1] Daily prize per Daily Sweepstakes): Prize awarded for a given Daily Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website during the entry period for that Daily Sweepstakes, which is made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by reference. Actual prize awarded to each Daily Prize winner at Sponsor's sole discretion. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Daily Prize: $6.00 to $400.00. Odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the relevant Daily Entry Period. No cash equivalent for prizes will be available. Prizes are not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability or for any other reason. Prize and prize notification will be sent to a U.S. address only within the fifty (50) states of the U.S. or D.C. All expenses associated with receipt or use of prize not specifically mentioned as being included (e.g., any requested upgrades/options,) are excluded and are each winner's sole responsibility. As applicable, the prizes only come with standard manufacturer warranty. Any depiction of prizes in Sweepstakes materials or otherwise, are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, local or other taxes arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or award of any prize including, without limitation, income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery of prize. Prizes will ship on the first business day after the drawing, absent reasonable delay. Sweepstakes administrator is not the guarantor of any prize.

Drawing and Notification of Winner: The potential winner for each Daily Sweepstakes will be randomly selected in a series of drawings held on or about the next business day after the end date of the respective Daily Entry Period ("Daily Drawing Date") from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for such Daily Entry Period by the Sponsor. Non-winning eligible Sweepstakes Entries will not be retained and will not be entered into subsequent Daily Sweepstakes drawings. All potential winners (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified by email at the email address provided on his/her Sweepstakes Entry within approximately two (2) weeks of the date his/her name was randomly selected. If a potential winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected (at Sponsor's sole discretion) from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for the applicable Daily Sweepstakes. If a Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects. By accepting a prize, winners attest to the authenticity of his/her winning Sweepstakes Entry. Unless provided otherwise by Sponsor's privacy policy, located at /fastpitch/privacy, where permitted by law, participation and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use such winner's first name, last initial, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Facebook and/or the Website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes, and Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Sweepstakes Entries it sees fit and without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Sweepstakes will be subject to prosecution and is thereby ineligible. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the applicable Daily Sweepstakes drawing(s) from among all salvageable eligible Sweepstakes Entries received as of the termination date, if any, in the sole discretion of Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Sweepstakes Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of entering, and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.

Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, multiple Sweepstakes Entries in excess of the stated limit. Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means or mass Sweepstakes Entries (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or Sweepstakes Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by all applicable state and federal Rules and Laws. Entrants waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws. Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of the prizes awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, Facebook Site, Website, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. By entering, entrants and prize winner further agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting or arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

DISPUTES: ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND This Sweepstakes is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of MISSOURI, and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS AND THE STATE OF MISSOURI. If THE controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall THEN be resolved by FINAL AND binding arbitration administered by JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof ("JAMS Rules"). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in CALIFORNIA. All proceedings brought pursuant to this paragraph will be conducted in the County of ST. LOUIS. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.

Names of Winners/Official Rules: An additional copy of these Official Rules by which all entrants are bound, or the name of the winners, may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Worth's "Road To OKC" Sweepstakes "Rules" or "Winner's Name" (specify which Rawlings Sporting Goods, Co. d.b.a. Worth Sports, 510 Maryville University Dr., Suite 110, St. Louis, MO 63141 to be received no later than July 1, 2013.
